Michelle & Vinny Garcia proudly own Bleeding Heart LLC (local sustainable
punk rock pastry) which includes two Bleeding Heart Bakeries, and Lucha Dulce
(in development). Michelle hails from the French Pastry School (graduated
class of 99) and has spent years travelling, baking, and learning. She was
named ACF regional pastry chef of the year in 2006 and has been named chef
in focus by the North American Pastry Art and Design. Most recently, Michelle
won an excellence award in customer service. Vinny has spent an equal amount
of time developing his passion for the kitchen and most recently, Cake Decorating.
He is now the bakeries lead decorator (and fixer of all things) and has began
to dabble in his own cake specific business as well (yet to be named).Together,
they have competed in 7 Food Network challenges and have placed in 5.
There is a lot you can say about both Michelle and Vinny, but so many others
