you the best damn cakes and pastries you have ever had!
This covers our ingredients: flour, butter, eggs, nuts, chocolate, milk, fruits, vegetables, oils and more.
All of our prices are based off of the price we pay, which is significantly higher than that of other local bakeries who are not committed to these same ideals.
Using organic ingredients effects more than the cost! Our cakes are denser and have deeper flavors. This comes from both the ingredients and from actually baking from scratch!
Being local is just as important as being organic because it leaves less of a carbon footprint and improves the local economy, soil, and more of the local farmers and their workers.
